We employed a different strategy for the TYK2-CRISPR_#2 (kinase domain) knockout in which the ALCL cell lines stably expressed CAS9 and we monitored for successful TYK2-CRISPR2 transduction via a reporter vector expressing GFP-tagged CRISPR2 over three to 5 weeks compared to the same reporter vector containing a GFP-tagged non-targeting guide RNA (NTC) as a control. This evidence concerns the gene TYK2 and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
