Hence, our data show that ALCL is a tumor that is dependent on TYK2 for cell survival, that TYK2 is activated through an autocrine loop involving IL-10 and IL-22, and that TYK2 promotes cell survival at least in part through activating the expression of the BCL2 family protein, MCL1.
