Furthermore, we measured TYK2 expression in 6 ALCL cell lines (ALK+: K299, SR786, SUDHL-1, SUP-M2; and ALK−: Mac1, Mac2a), the cutaneous T-cell lymphoma cell line MyLa [31] bearing the NPM1-TYK2 fusion [5] and PBMCs. The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
