First, we explored the potential correlation between C14orf166 mRNA expression and the various clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC patients, and we found that the increased expression of C14orf166 was nonsignificant in terms of age, gender, smoking history, and even tumor differentiation, but the study revealed a strong relationship with T stage, lymph node involvement, TNM stage and chemotherapy.
