The results showed that nuclear and cytoplasm WISP1 staining was sharply enhanced with overexpression of Tp53R172H in SH-PAN cells (Figures 3A,B) and with overexpression of Tp53R175H or Tp53R273H in Capan-2 cells (Figures 3C,D) (n = 3).
