The sensitivity of SUZ12 and RbAp46 in ERMS was 72.55% and 68.63%, respectively, and the specificity was 93.33% and 86.67% respectively, which illustrated that SUZ12 and RbAp46 were highly specific to RMS and they may become supplementary indicators together with EZH2 for differentiating RMS from rhabdomyoma. This evidence concerns the gene SUZ12 and embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.
