In the case of CD69+ Treg cells, significant enhanced levels of these lymphocytes (CD4+CD25varCD69+LAP+IL-10+Foxp3−) were observed in SLE and RA patients compared to controls, both in the case of LSI or HSI individuals (p < 0.05 in all cases, Figure 2(b)).
