We found here that miR-532-3p was repressed in HCC tissue, and miR-532-3p expression was negatively correlated with tumor size, differentiation and metastasis; furthermore, it was shown to prevent HCC metastasis by blocking EMT via KIFC1/Gankyrin/AKT/TWIST1 signaling. This evidence concerns the gene TWIST1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
