We have previously described a selinexor-mediated reduction of c-Myc protein levels in several cancers: multiple myeloma [25], mantle cell lymphoma [26], chronic lymphocytic leukemia [27], non-small cell lung cancer [28], esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [29], and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [30]. Here, MYC is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
