The KEGG pathway analysis showed that MT negatively regulated several pathways associated with diseases including tuberculosis (dowregulation of TLR2, ITGAX (Integrin subunit alpha X), TCIRG1 (T cell immune regulator 1), MAPK3, and CEBPB (transcription factor CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein, beta); Figure S2), bladder cancer (downregulation of MMP1 and MAPK3; Figure S3), and rheumatoid arthritis (Figures S4–S6). The gene discussed is TLR2; the disease is tuberculosis.
