Four of the five upregulated RMGs (CTNNB1, EGFR, NRAS, and KIT) were oncogenes (Figure 5a) and 12 of the 32 downregulated RMGs were tumor suppressor genes, which was consistent with the increased expression of oncogenes and decreased expression of tumor suppressor genes in tumor development. The gene discussed is CTNNB1; the disease is neoplasm.
