HOXB13 and central nervous system cancer: Further, flow cytometry was conducted to analyze the role of HOXB13‐AS1 on cell cycle in glioma cells, and results indicated that increase in HOXB13‐AS1 expression promoted cell cycle progression from S phase to G2/M phase in comparison with control cells, and knockdown of HOXB13‐AS1 retarded the S phase to G2/M phase transition (Figure 2E,F).
