PDGFRB and neoplasm: Apatinib targets include VEGFR1, VEGFR2, c-Kit, c-Src, and PDGFR, which can specifically inhibit the activity of VEGFR2, block the binding of VEGF to the receptor as well as downstream signal transduction; inhibit neovascularization; reduce tumor vascular density; and inhibit tumor growth [141,142,143].
