Increasing lines of evidence confirm that MAG controls survival, proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, metastasis, and chemoresistance of various types of cancers such as bladder cancer, brain cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, leukemia, liver cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and skin cancer by regulating multiple signaling pathways (Figure 3). The gene discussed is MAG; the disease is lung carcinoma.
