More importantly, stable expression of LH2 alone was sufficient to promote xenograft tumor formation ability and to restore the spontaneous metastatic capacity of GATA3-depleted 344SQ cells (Fig. 4A,B and Table 1), suggesting that the loss of LH2 expression in GATA3-depleted cells (Supplemental Figs 1 and 2) was critical for suppressing tumor growth and metastasis.
