AKT1 and cancer: Between HLCs and hHF-iPSCs, the upregulated DEGs were enriched in ECM-receptor interaction, focal adhesion, proteoglycans in cancer, PI3K–Akt signaling pathway, and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) pathways, while the downregulated DEGs were enriched in systemic lupus erythematosus, alcoholism, viral carcinogenesis, cell cycle, and DNA replication.
