In addition, we discovered great concordance of Vav3 (covering both full-length Vav3 alpha and 5′-truncated Vav3.1) and Vav3.1 transcript levels in individual patients, suggesting that overexpression of Vav3 in tumor tissue is mainly due to Vav3.1, similarly as in OC (Reimer et al. 2017).
