We observed a significant decrease of PD1 expression on cTFHs (linear regression, p = 0.01, R2 = 0.78) (Figure 4B), but not CXCR5− memory CD4+ T cells (Figure 4C) or CD4− T cells (Figure 4D) in the first 5 years of life in patients with DiGeorge syndrome. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR5 and 22q11.2 deletion syndrome.
