BDNF and dentin dysplasia: Changes in lysine methylation of histone K27H3 were found postmortem in the BDNF promotor region in the prefrontal and frontal cortex of DD patients, and these changes correlated well with the expression level of BDNF. However, in this review, we do not analyze in detail the role of epigenetic factors in the development of the pathogenesis of DD.
