Compared to our previous study [23], we found that in both NT and TT of colorectal and breast tumors, the CpGs in the promoter region of PD-L1 have been totally demethylated (Fig. 2f), but the relative expression of PD-L1 was significantly higher only in the colorectal TT compared with NT (Fig. 1b). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is breast neoplasm.
