To date, four non-selective HDAC inhibitors, vorinostat (VOR, suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA), ZolinzaTM, 2006), romidepsin (FK228, depsipeptide, IstodaxTM, 2009), belinostat (PXD101, BeleodaqTM, 2014) and panobinostat (LBH589, FarydakTM, 2015), have been approved by FDA for chemotherapy of cutaneous/peripheral T-cell lymphoma or multiple myeloma.
