To understand the contribution of DENV2-elicited CD8+ T cells to protect against ZIKV infection during pregnancy in DENV-immune WT mice with transient Ifnar1 blockade, we assessed the quantity and phenotype of cross-reactive CD8+ T cells in the maternal spleen by performing intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) analysis.
