In summary, we have revealed that STIM1-GOLIM4 influence the development of head and neck cancer through the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle, and found that endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus interaction was important in the occurrence of head and neck cancer, suggesting that the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus maybe the cut-in point targetted head and neck cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene GOLIM4 and head and neck cancer.
