SNHG14 can overlap with the entire UBE3A gene and promoter, thus inhibited the expression of UBE3A, causing neurogenetic disorders, such as Angelman syndrome.15 Recently, Liu et al16 demonstrated that SNHG14 could act as a ceRNA to promote initiation and progression of clear cell renal cell carcinoma by regulating N‐WASP protein. Here, UBE3A is linked to clear cell renal carcinoma.
