As shown in Figure 6C, overexpression of SNHG14 promoted the level of PABPC1 in either 1% Tween‐80 or trastuzumab treatment group (Group II vs Group I or Group III vs Group IV, respectively), indicating that SNHG14 regulates breast cancer carcinogenesis and trastuzumab resistance via targeting PABPC1. This evidence concerns the gene SNHG14 and breast carcinoma.
