In women with breast cancer, positive correlations were found between anti CMV IgG levels and percentage of CD4+CD27−CD28− (rs = 0.71, p < 0.0001, Figure 4A), CD8+CD27−CD28− (rs = 0.44, p = 0.04, Figure 4B), NK-T cells (rs = 0.51, p = 0.02, Figure 4C), and NK cells (rs = 0.56, p = 0.007, Figure 4D). Here, CD8A is linked to breast cancer.
