RERE and coronary artery disorder: We then demonstrated that Rere and Gata4 interact genetically in the development of CHD, with E15.5 Rere−/eyes3;Gata4+/− embryos on a B6/129S6 background having VSDs, double outlet right ventricle, and tricuspid valve and aortic arch anomalies not seen in Rere−/eyes3 and Gata4+/− littermate controls.
