Among all the common targets of QKI and RBFOX1, we found that CD44 (IC:0.857, p value:<6.59e-07) and FLNB (IC:0.848, p value:<6.59e-07) scored as the top two genes that most strongly associated with the EMT signature in breast cancer cell lines (Figure 4F). The gene discussed is FLNB; the disease is breast carcinoma.
