Moreover, we demonstrated here that anti-miR-30d partially reversed the G2/M arrest and apoptosis and AKT signaling caused by ACY-1215 treatment, further indicating that ACY-1215 suppresses proliferation and promotes apoptosis in ESCC through miR-30d/PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways.
