Therefore, we use the term MDSCs to define cells marked with CD11b+CD33+HLA-DRlow/− and define M-MDSCs as CD11b+CD33+HLA-DR−/lowCD14+CD15− and G-MDSCs as CD11b+ CD33+ HLA-DR−/lowCD15+ CD14− in the investigation of the proliferation of these cells in different rheumatic diseases and their correlation with patient clinical data.
