The flow cytometry suggested CLL with an abnormal B lymphocyte population accounting for 36.58% of non-erythroid cells and CD5++, CD19+, CD20+, CD23+, HLA-DR+, CD22-, CD38-, sIgMdim, and ZAP-70 expression for 87.6% of CLL cells. Here, CD22 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
