In conclusion, in response to MG infection, the expression of miR-130b-3p was up-regulated in MG-infected chicken embryo lungs and DF-1 cells to down-regulate PTEN expression in vivo and in vitro, thereby promoting cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, and inflammatory response through regulating the PI3K/AKT/NF-κB-mediated signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and myasthenia gravis.
