DIRAS3 and gastric cancer: The patients were divided into four groups based on the levels of DIRAS3 and p62 in their primary lesions, and analysis of their survival showed that the worst prognosis was in the DIRAS3−p62+ group, while the best was in the DIRAS3+p62− group, suggesting that the combined detection of DIRAS3 and p62 could improve the predictive effectiveness of gastric cancer prognosis (Table 2).
