CD4 and temporal arteritis: Our analysis revealed associations of multiple genes common to both raised platelet count and fever in CD4 cells, namely ATP9B, SEC23A, PDZD4, ABCA2, ELK1, CCDC88C and DGKZ. In addition, ESR and CRP are biomarkers commonly used to predict the likelihood of GCA, and we found that SAP18 in CD4 was associated with raised ESR and jaw claudication, whereas in CD8 cells AMPD2 was associated with raised CRP and visual disturbances.
