F10 and glioblastoma: In this study, we found a positive correlation between FX and TAM infiltration in human GBMs and GL261 cells intracranial xenograft tumors, and first discovered a novel function of FX in the chemotaxis of TAMs, which recruited macrophages and supported M2 subtype macrophage polarization to accelerate GBM growth in vivo, but did not affect GBM cell proliferation and invasion in vitro.
