Interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain (IL3Rα or CD123) is a surface receptor found overexpressed in several hematological malignancies including blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) [25], hairy cell leukemia [26, 27], B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia (B-ALL) [26, 28], and Acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) [29, 30]. This evidence concerns the gene IL3RA and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
