IL‐10, a potent anti‐inflammatory cytokine, is known for its potent capacity that hampered inflammation and modulated pathogenesis of inflammatory syndromes.20 The IL‐10 has been found to play a critical protective role in multiple inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, experimental allergic encephalomyelitis and atherosclerosis.21, 22, 23.
