When primary PCa samples were stratified for Gleason score (≤7(3+4) and ≥7(4+3), high-grade patients were older (P = 0.047, Fig 4A) and had higher AR-V4 levels (P = 0.004, Fig 4D) and higher AR-V7rv (P = 0.014, Fig 4E) when compared with the low-grade group. The gene discussed is AR; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
