CXCL10 and in situ carcinoma: We here showed that CXCL10 was able to predict disease activity at all follow-up time points (NEDA-3 status at 1, 2, and 4 years) and that CXCL10 was also higher in CIS-converters than in non-converters, findings that suggest CXCL10 as a biomarker in CIS and RRMS.
