The applied approach identified already-known biomarkers, tumor suppressors, and oncogenes in cervical cancer, as well as novel candidates such as KAT2B, PARP1, CDK1, GSK3B, WNK1, CRYAB, CCR6, EPHB2, NR2C1, NR2C2 and CUTL1. This evidence concerns the gene KAT2B and cervical carcinoma.
