Furthermore, we also demonstrated that the overexpression of miR‐335‐5p and the inhibition of BCL2L2 could significantly reduce ovarian cancer cells viability and facilitate cell apoptosis, which is similar to the study findings of Zhang et al16 that miR‐25 promotes human ovarian cancer cell apoptosis by targeting Bim, another pro‐apoptotic protein of Bcl‐2 family. Here, BCL2L11 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
