MAPK3 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: CD5 can promote B‐cell survival through autocrine production of interleukin (IL)‐10.52 In addition, CD5 maintains B‐cell survival by modifying intracellular calcium mobilization and modulating various signaling pathways including ERK1/2, PI3K, and calcineurin.53 It was also reported that CD5+ DLBCL cases often have complex chromosomal aberrations,54 suggesting a potential role for CD5 in the regulation of chromosome stability in B cells.
