Concordant with our results, CASC15 was found to affect the tumorigenesis of gastric cancer by regulating CDKN1A via interaction with EZH2 and WDR5 in nucleus, meanwhile, CASC15 participated in gastric cancer progression by modulating ZEB1 expression through sponging miR-33a-5p in cytoplasm [15]. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is gastric cancer.
