Indeed, transcripts that were upregulated in RA, such as OSER1-AS1, LOC100419583, and SUPT20H, were all highly expressed in neutrophils, and those that were downregulated in RA, such as EEF2K, IRF2BP2, and RAI1, tended to be expressed at low levels in neutrophils and at high levels in natural killer (NK) cells (Supplementary Fig. 8). The gene discussed is SUPT20H; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
