As FOXP3 is a transcription factor and SUMOylation has profound effects on regulating normal cell physiology, development, and tumorigenesis [21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28], we assessed the function of FOXP3 in UBC9 transcriptional activity using MCF7 human breast cancer cells in the present study.
