Based on these studies, many alleles like HLA-DPB1∗02:02, DPB1∗03:01, DPB1∗04:02, DPB1∗05:01, DPB1∗13:01, rs9277535 (DPB1), rs4282438 (DPB2), rs3117027 (DPB2), and rs3077 (DPA1) were reported to be significantly associated with cervical cancer [8–10, 12, 14, 16, 17]. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-DPB2 and cervical cancer.
