MTOR and cervical cancer: Correspondingly, fibulin-3 upregulation could activate the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, promote EMT, and increase the migration and invasion abilities of cervical cancer cells; at the same time, fibulin-3 knockdown could inactivate the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, inhibit EMT, and decrease the migration and invasion abilities of cervical cancer cells.
