The analysis of tumor-infiltrating cells at day 12 from intratumor vaccination showed the presence of an increased percentage and absolute number of CD8+ T cells within the tumor bed in mice injected with fdOVA/α-GalCer compared to free α-GalCer and fdOVA-injected groups (Figures 6E,G), while the percentage of OVA257–264 specific T cells, as stained by SIINFEKL-MHC dextramer, was the same in fdOVA or fdOVA/α-GalCer-treated cells, both in tumors and in spleens (Figure 6F; Figure S2 in Supplementary Material). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-C and neoplasm.
