ROC (a) showed that using a tumour RESOLVE ADC value > 0.922 × 10−3 mm2/s as the threshold value, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 80 and 90% for mucinous adenocarcinoma, respectively, and the AUC was 0.877; ROC (b) showed that using a tumour RESOLVE ADC > 0.764 × 10−3 mm2/s as the threshold, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for EGFR-negative in RAC was 60 and 70%, respectively, and the AUC was 0.665 (Fig. 4). Here, EGFR is linked to colon mucinous adenocarcinoma.
