Overall survival analysis of a pancreatic cancer dataset (Grimont et al., 2015, GSE50827) stratified by cancer stage using PROGene V2 revealed that survival of stage IIB cancer that had spread from the pancreas to the lymph nodes is significantly higher (HR = 4.79, p = 0.025) vs. stage IIA cancer that lacks lymph node involvement, suggesting the possibility that TAAR1 may play a role in lymphoid cancer progression or pathways. This evidence concerns the gene TAAR1 and lymphoma.
