GSK3B and memory impairment: The results showed that intraventricular injection of wortmannin/GFX induced an increase in the expression of GSK-3β and a decrease in phosphorylated GSK-3β at Ser9 (may elevate the activity of GSK-3β), thus led to an increase in tau hyperphosphorylation in the hippocampus and memory impairment in rats.
