MTOR and leukemia: Moreover, TSPf also downregulated the expression of RNF6 in the tumor tissues from mice treated with TSPf (Figure 9B), and the phosphorylation levels of both AKT and mTOR were suppressed by TSPf, but their total proteins were not altered (Figure 9B), which further demonstrated that TSPf displayed anti-AML leukemia activity by targeting at the RNF6/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.
