To explore the role of CCL5 on progress of CRC, CCL5 knockout (KO) and wild-type (WT) mice in BALB/c background were subcutaneously inoculated with CT26 colorectal carcinoma cells in which CCL5 expression was stably silenced via lentiviral small interfering RNA (WT + CT26shCCL5, KO + CT26shCCL5) or with control cell line (WT + CT26shNTC, KO + CT26shNTC). This evidence concerns the gene CCL5 and colorectal carcinoma.
