The results also demonstrated that although CD8+ T cells could not infiltrate into the tumor hypoxic area in either CCL5+/+ or CCL5−/− mice, there were a lot of CD8+ T cells infiltrating into low hypoxic areas in the tumor of CCL5−/− mice but not in those of CCL5+/+ mice (Fig. 5b, c).
